The discoveries in science over the last one hundred years have been more profound than the previous 14 billion years. In my earlier article I wrote of a new search for God using maths, using i = the square root ( minus 1 ), an imaginary number that does not exist.

If this method could bring us closer to the Supreme being there is so much more we could learn. Worm holes, or the means to navigate shortcuts through space time, or hop from dimension to dimension. Today our best scientists do not know what other dimensions exist other than the four known. We guess and really discovered the Higgs Boson only three years ago. We do not know the method of time travel in outer space or if it even exists.

One thing is certain that a superior being does exist who may be the purveyor of such knowledge and is gives revelations from time to time. The greatest discoveries like Newton’s laws and Einstein’s laws, these were truly independent individual discoveries. Not a collection of discoveries after systematic scholarly pursuit but individuals with their own special Eureka moments.

Hitherto the theory of relativity and calculus was not accidental, but can be considered a direct revelation from a supreme being to an individual which went on to boost scientific knowledge by a huge margin taking science to a new level. Calculus invented by Newton is the special tool with which all mathematical equations have been solved and modern mathematics without calculus is unimaginable. This can be considered one of the gifts to humanity by the supreme being.

A modern day revelation is the World Wide Web written by Tim Berners-Lee to create Internet which has exploded the spread of human knowledge throughout the world. The Internet now taken for granted is truly the greatest revelation to mankind, so fast and wide is the availability made of information to the world. A supreme being can be called upon to assist mankind to be given a few hints from time to time. Quantum theory and its intricacies with a formula for the theory of everything which has stumped everybody so far could save us a few centuries and help us move way into the heavens and beyond.

The search for and expansion of knowledge need not be so laborious and pedestrian. For instance the internet has been the biggest quantum leap in the spread of knowledge. Not just one or two, but to make available knowledge to such a huge number of people across the world beyond all language barriers or ethnicity is proof of God showing us the way forward, while making it look as if just a handful of scientists wanted to communicate with each other. I may with these lines have stumbled upon the vision of the greatest expansion of knowledge that is in process.
