Obey the law, your highness

The Faiz Isa case is showing interesting turns.
She was married to him when the property surfaced in her name.

For him to deny knowledge of the transaction is immaterial as the transaction took place during their the period of their marriage.
Her salary as a teacher can in no way be sufficient to account for such a property.

Moreover his refusal to give these details to the judicial counsel can be construed to be contempt of the institution that he took an oath to serve and protect.
The knowledge of law is an integral part of the requirements necessary for his elevation as a judge.

A significant responsibility as a judge is adherence to the laws of the land while dispensing justice according to these laws.

However the judge is not entitled by any standard to be above the laws. Under no condition can he violate or consider himself to be above these laws that he is sworn to dispense.

Any violation of the laws of Pakistan will automatically debar him as a judge and he could face prosecution by the state.

No judge is allowed dispensation from the law. Only the President of Pakistan has immunity from the laws of Pakistan, as he is the supreme constitutional head of the state.
The behavior of Justice Isa is imperious. This expression is derived from ‘imperial’ meaning majestic.

This manner of majestic behavior is Nawaz Sharif like and is the main reason for the removal of Nawaz Sharif as Prime Minister.

The attempt to govern Pakistan as if he were Lord Emperor not realizing that even the Emperor is not above the law.

This behavior was followed even by the lowly PML N workers who consider the laws of Pakistan to be subservient to the Nawaz league.

This fascist behavior is being mimicked by the judges who attempt to assume the mantle of imperial immunity creating a Pakistan of new fascist trends.
This mimicry is obviously dangerous to a country like ours.

Much worse with the imperial behavior that is practiced by the judiciary for it will detract the judges attention from dispensing pure justice unadulterated by the hallucination of majesty.

All Pakistanis everywhere are requested to send their comments to his Majesty Lord Faiz Isa to remind him that he’s a judge and not a king yet.
His being addressed as ‘My Lord’ on a daily basis does not in any manner confer on him any regal entitlement.
