Imran Khan has indeed out smarted the Pak politicos by not giving in to the blackmail of the Zardari Nawaz duo, Imran Khan now stands tall, And shoulder to shoulder with Erdogan and Mahathir.
Two world figures who arrived on the world stage with much assistance from the US.
Imran Khan on the other hand was the late bloomer, who had to fight the powerful Nawaz/Zardari duo who created massive hurdles in his way.
They tried everything and almost succeeded in defeating him in the NA.
Imran Khan decided against all advice to go for the vote of confidence. This was the most daring risky move, and exposed Imran Khan to a crushing defeat from which there would have been no recovery.
In hindsight, it appears that the possibility of Imran Khan’s defeat worried the world powers who realised that another five years of the Zardari/NS duo would not allow rhe completion of the Chinese plan for Pakistan and would be a threat to the world.
The Chinese decided to ensure that Imran Khan remains a trusted ally, whose honesty was important to the future of Pakistan and CPEC projects and as a lynchpin was now indispensable.
At the same time NS and Zardari have by their corruption dealt themselves out of the game.

She should put her thoughts of Middle East domination behind her.
India’s position is even more daunting.
Her immediate neighbour, Nepal after years of being bullied by India, suffering shortages of fuel restriction imposed deliberately by powerful India who controlled access through landlocked Nepal, now sees China as a liberator rather than the suffocating Indian embrace.
China released this pressure, and the Nepalese now stood up and openly eyeballed the larger adversary - unleashing the fearsome ghurka fighters, the most fierce warriors in human history, was something the Indians had not bargained for.
The outcome is a foregone conclusion and Delhi would not dare to call this one.
Even Bollywood would not consider this as a screen play let alone filmmakers of the JD genre.
After a century of domination by India as rhe heir to the British Raj this charade cannot continue any longer.
Pakistan, Nepal and Bangladesh are asserting themselves to challenge the chink in India’s armour.
Will India try another Goa ? Unlikely.
The Sikhs are on the warpath with their farmers fighting for their rights, Modi has overplayed the Hindutva card.
The Hindus were never great warriors and at the age of 5000 thousand and it may be bit too late, to learn.
At 5000, years of aggression and war may have been bred out of their genes.
The dominant gene is business and theatre and aggression may not cohabit comfortably.
India may have to face reality without an England who are themselves relegated to the C League scorned by the Europeans and even Scotland challenging the English superiority.
China has by virtue of its powerful economy overtaken the once mighty US and is now the dominant force of the world stage.
Every country suffers from poverty as its main enemy. China is leading the way out of the poverty trap.
China is the modern day miracle worker who has lifted 300 million people out of poverty and into a decent middle class. This is a role model for all countries new and old.
The poor of India remain shackled to their poverty by their religious creed and can never move upward so rigid is the caste system.
Karl Marx’s famous line was “Workers of the world unite, you have nothing to lose but your chains.”
The poor of the world can look upwards to China.
China has proved that Karl Marx’s dictum can be achieved.
China is the new champion of the poor.
