Articles of the year 2019

Not understandable is the deafening silence that surrounds the infamous Volume 10, which remains a mystery and has been successfully suppressed, so that, it is discussed only in hush whispers. It needs to be brought into public domain, as it is of National importance. People are shying away from publication, they say, it would affect some important people. We feel this is precisely the reason that the contents should be opened to the Pakistani public. These contain the confessions of notorious gangsters like Uzair Baloch and Yadav. Uazir Baloch records his statement in Volume 10 of murdering Shahenshah, a prominent witness at Benazir’s assassination. He has also confessed that he was acting upon the instructions of Asif Zardari.
The most alarming feature is that, both Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari have been named in Volume 10, as having direct contacts with Uzair Baloch and Kulbhushan Jadhav (The Indian spy who is still in Pakistani custody and has confessed to these contacts). They have been taking instructions and passing on instructions from and to them and the mechanics that did their bidding, carrying out these nefarious activities. These are all extremely important nuggets of information contained in Volume 10 and must be made public. So this is a matter of public record already. And it would be difficult to explain why this was never persuaded to a conclusion.
It also establishes the links between these people and the bombings carried out in Pakistan, killing hundreds of poor innocent Pakistanis. These are atrocities committed against Pakistan by the above named. These are moments of our sad history which should be known to all.
This is truly alarming, because, it shows a direct link between the 2 senior most politicians of PPP and PML-N. The court must immediately open Volume 10 for all citizens to study and the wrong doers must be prosecuted with the full might of the law, changing these charges from criminal to terrorism and treason where ever applicable.
Volume 10 has important significance, because, highlights the nexus of these politicians, and how they were part of the anti-Pakistan crimes, which included murder of innocent school children. A link to the Army Public School massacre is included there in. This should be opened and made a public document to be examined by everybody who chooses to do so. It is of utmost importance because it would expose the extent of the criminality of Pakistani politicians.
These murders were committed at the behest of these politicians in power at that time, and have successfully avoided prosecution; they must be brought to book and cases instituted against them.
Unfortunately, in Pakistan, prosecution is weak and invariably the accused escapes punishment. However, if the public clamor is loud enough, then, the accused will feel the anger of the people. The crimes are so heinous that the judges themselves will be shocked. Any Pakistani will take up arms to avenge these atrocities against the state and citizens of Pakistan itself, and the politicians involved, will face threats from their own neighbors.
The media in Pakistan is so conveniently swayed, that the air waves are crammed with anchor after anchor, questioning the evidence. In the case of Rana Sanaullah and the 19 Kilos of heroin recovered from the car in which he was travelling with his family, repeatedly the Government spokesman was asked; “Do you have the video of the seizure of the heroin? Is it in your possession?” This question was repeated, repeated, repeated by the anchor, casting a doubt in the viewer, that perhaps, the Government spokesman could not understand the language, the question was asked in!
That anchor should be prosecuted for showing such bias or attempting to insert a bias in this seemingly innocuous public exchange. Unfortunately, for us Pakistanis, the media claims its honesty, even when showing, such a bias. Worse still, is the attitude of the same anchors that “insist” the questions of being incongruous and of little value. Even though the subject in question was an anti state incident. This attitude shows, their bent, in trying to lessen the dangerous over tones in the actual threats. The implication being, that these claims were frivolous and not serious enough, to warrant prosecution.
It also shows the massive amounts of money that changed hands to lessen the charges of guilt. It appears this money was well spent, and the lawyers defending the politicians succeeded, if not in exonerating the accused but they have certainly succeeded in clouding the issues making subsequent acquittal likely.
